Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping gives businesses a reliable measure of their past performance, assists to project the future performance, and organizes information for business management, tax planning and preparation. Snap Accounting provides the following services with the monthly bookkeeping:

Categorize transactions from bank & credit card feeds
Verify revenue and expenditures
Monthly bank reconciliation
Monthly financial statements
Monthly performance & status update
Any additional services you may need

Payroll

Payroll can be a difficult and tedious task, but with top payroll platforms available today, it is easy, fast and affordable. Snap Accounting handles all necessary monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting for you. This service is only available to full service or bookkeeping clients and it is not a stand alone service.

I also partner with trusted financial advisors in town in my network to help you and your employees with retirement plans and financial growth.

Tax Planning & Preparation

Individual income taxes are probably going to be one of the biggest recurring expenses you will have personally. Snap Accounting focus on maintaining your books accurately through out the year, providing you with tax planning opportunities through out the year and prepare your tax returns without big surprises.

Tax preparation is done once a year after your year has ended to figure out how much taxes you will owe. Tax planning is done throughout the year to look out for possible strategies to make the smartest tax decisions before the year is over.

Our accurate and timely completed monthly accounting services allow us to use the financial information available to project your current year taxes and suggest proactive strategies to lower taxes where possible.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

This is a more involved service where customer invoicing and/or bill payments are done on a daily or weekly basis by utilizing business payment platforms like BILL.COM for accounts payable & receivable automation. This service is only available to full service or bookkeeping clients and it is not a stand alone service.

Bills are captured in a cloud based platform, you approve the bills and Snap Accounting takes care of the rest with automated payments that support ACH and check payments. You will never have to mail a check or enter transactions manually in QuickBooks anymore. With this service, you will have a virtual accounts payable and/or accounts receivable department customized the way it works best for your business operations.

Start Ups (New Business Services)

Starting a new small business from scratch can be confusing. I help you to decide on a right business structure, help with business, payroll & sales tax licensing, set up your books, and connect you with trusted attorneys, bankers, and financial advisors in town if needed.

Every business starts out small. Having a CPA guide you from the start in your journey can be invaluable. Special pricing is available for startups and independent contractors with revenue under $100,000 as long as we are a good fit for each other.

I do not provide legal services since I am not an attorney. However, I am happy to point you to the right direction and refer you to my network of attorneys.
