Snap Accounting utilizes a hybrid pricing model where the fees are flexible and adjusted to your specific business needs. Various factors such as your Total Revenue, Transaction Volume, Complexity and Additional Accounting Services needed are looked at to come up with a monthly fee that fits your unique business needs. In other words, we won't charge you a fixed package where you are paying for services that you do not need. This way, you know exactly how much you will get billed each month unless there are extra consulting services needed in a given month.
A thorough review of your books and tax returns is required prior to estimating your monthly fee. This way we can check to see if any clean up work is required and we can give you a close estimate prior to starting the engagement. See below for Monthly Starting Base Price to get an idea.

Payroll: $65 per month for up to 2 employees + $12 per additional employee per month. Additional fees may apply depending on payroll services needed.
Sales Tax: $45 per month for one city & state + $25 per additional jurisdiction or location withing the state. (If you have sales tax in multiple states, we refer you to Avalara or similar sales tax filing platforms. We do not handle multi state sales tax filings.)
Setup QuickBooks Online for a Brand New Business (requires monthly bookkeeping engagement after set up): $250 Base Starting Price**.
Clean up/ Setup Historical Data on QuickBooks Online: $1,200 Base Starting Price**.
Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable: $300 per month Starting Base Price**. (Automated AP/AR offered through Bill.com platform. AR is also offered through QBO. 1099 filing preparation is included with this service. 1099 filing fees are $50 for the first 2 1099s. $10 per additional recipient.)
1099 Filings: $50 for the first 2 1099s. $10 per additional recipient**. (Client is required to collect & provides W9s for 1099 vendors)
Software Fees: Client is responsible for QuickBooks Online, Payroll and Tax software subscription fees when applicable.
We receive 30% discount on QBO subscriptions as a Certified QBO Pro Advisor. We pass the discount to you.
Current tax software fee is $125 per year.
Tax Planning & Business Advisory Services: $150 per hour.
S Corporation Election: $175 to prepare & file a timely election. Add $125 for late elections.
Business Tax Return (Forms 1120S, 1120, 1065, 990, or 990PF): Starting $575**. (Does not apply to Complete Accounting & Tax Engagements)
Individual Tax Return (Form 1040) with one Schedule C or one Schedule E: Starting $425**.
**Fees listed above are base starting price for small business bookkeeping and simple tax returns to give you an idea of pricing in general. We require an examination of your accounting records (QuickBooks File) to give you an estimate customized for your business. Engagements with more complex accounting needs will be billed depending on transaction volume, complexity and additional services required.
