Payroll for Core & Essential (Bookkeeping Package): $65 per month for up to 2 employees + $12 per additional employee per month. Additional fees may apply depending on payroll services needed.
Payroll for Comprehensive (Complete Accounting & Tax Package): You only pay for the payroll software subscription fee of the payroll provider you choose. Additional fees may apply depending on payroll services needed.
Sales Tax: $25 per month for one city & state + $15 per additional jurisdiction or location withing the state. (If you have sales tax in multiple states, we refer you to Avalara or similar sales tax filing platforms. We do not handle multi-state sales tax filings.)
Setup QuickBooks Online for a Brand New Business (requires monthly bookkeeping engagement after set up): $250 Base Starting Price**.
Migrate Historical Data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online: $500 Base Starting Price; add $250 if we have to travel to your office locally**.
Cleanup historical financials for errors or incomplete books (requires monthly bookkeeping engagement after cleanup): $2,000 Base Starting Price**.
Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable: $300 per month Base Starting Price**. (Automated AP/AR offered through Bill.com platform. AR is also offered through QBO)
1099 Filings: $50 for the first 2 1099s. $10 per additional recipient**. (Client is required to collect & provides W9s for 1099 vendors)
Software Fees: Client is responsible for QuickBooks Online, Payroll and Tax Software subscription fees when applicable.
We receive 30% discount on QBO subscriptions as a Certified QBO Pro Advisor. We pass the discount to you.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Ledger: $10/month, QBO Simple Start: $30/month, QBO Essentials: $58/month, QBO Plus: $85/month, QBO Advanced: $200/month
Current annual tax software fee is $125 per year. (Complete Accounting & Tax clients only pay $125 annual software and admin fee, tax preparation is included with monthly fees when paid for 12 months. If client is onboarded in the middle of the year, tax prep fees are collected to make up for the months you were not engaged with us.)
Add on Tax Planning & Business Advisory Services: $175 per hour. (While normal advisory services are covered, any out-of-scope advisiory needs or special circumstance requiring extensive research will need to be billed separately. We will always let you know before starting the work if there is a need for additional billing)
S Corporation Election with one shareholder: $175 to prepare & file a timely election. Add $125 for late elections. Add $25 for each additional shareholder.
Business Tax Return (Forms 1120S, 1120, 1065, 990, or 990PF): Starting $625 for a simple business tax return**. (Does not apply to Complete Accounting & Tax Engagements)
Individual Tax Return (Form 1040) with one Schedule C or one Schedule E: Starting $425. Add $250 minimum for each additional Schedule C, E, F etc**. Pricing depends on complexity and reporting requirements.
